The TuffStuff CalGym CG-9515 Inner/Outer Thigh trains the hip adductors and abductors — the inner-thigh and outer-hip muscles that get neglected by squats, deadlifts, and most leg work. A pop-pin underneath the seat switches the machine between adduction (pads start wide, you press them in) and abduction (pads start close, you push them out) in seconds. Swiveling thigh pads with high-density urethane padding move with your body and eliminate pinch points. Fully shrouded weight stack means clothing and body parts can never contact the moving parts — important in any commercial setting.
