The Nautilus Nitro Overhead Press is a seated shoulder press machine with converging dependent movement arms — the handles travel inward as they go up, mimicking the natural press path of dumbbells. Pressing dumbbells overhead is hard on the shoulders if your form is off; this machine puts you on rails so the loading stays where it should: deltoids and triceps, not the shoulder joint. Easy-entry start position lets you sit down before the load is on you (no awkward dumbbell hand-off). Adjustable seat for any user height.
